Introducing Joe Riffe!

One of our recent developments is hiring Joe Riffe to join our Pastoral Staff Team this summer. Joe is currently on staff with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship in Boston and is on the path to ordination with the Evangelical Covenant Church. As he and his wife Sydney were looking to transition into Pastoral Ministry and also move closer to family, it made a lot of sense that they join the team at Table Covenant Church. In addition to having a lot of shared values with me, putting Joe in a co-pastor position really communicates that we have every intention of leaning into our identity as a multi-ethnic church.

As we're still a young and small church plant, Joe is currently fundraising to help cover his first year's salary. We are convinced that having a staff team in place this early in a church plant's existence has a huge upside and is completely worth the investment. If you would like to contact Joe directly, you can reach him at: joe {at] tablecovchurch.org

Third Public Preview Service

We're very much in the swing of holding public preview services. Each time we have new visitors and repeat attenders and are slowly building momentum toward a more regular Sunday Service rhythm. We held one in January, are holding two in February and are making a big push in March, holding three services and culminating with Easter Sunday. In April we will move into a bi-weekly Sunday Service rhythm, alternating with Home Group gatherings on the off-weeks. We held our third Public preview Service this past Sunday and our very own Joe Riffe shared from John 14 and talked about being an empowering community.

We are excited for all these new developments and are grateful for your partnership in helping to launch this church through your prayers and financial gifts.

Blessings,
